This Canadian Parents Without Partners Inc. (CPWP) website is a Family Friendly site for all ages. It's sole purpose is to provide information to our members and others about us and where to go for possible assistance and support.
CPWP Hamilton Chapter #73 does NOT collect personal information from any member / visitor without their knowledge.
The "SURVEYS" only collect information for the purpose of collecting information for feedback to find out how we can improve and / or what we are doing right. Gathered statistical data will be brought to the Board members to show results in a presentation.
The "FORMS" only collect information as a benefit to our members to aid and share their information. Some of the information collected IS STORED on this website for the purpose of crosschecking our members from the public. It's sole intention is to make sure it is only our members filling them out and be able to enter the PWP MEMBERS ONLY area. Depending on the form, it may be redirected to the appropriate Board member for further analysis.
The "GUESTBOOK" is for everyone to use. It is emailed to the PWP account and read to make sure information does not include material deemed:
as offensive to children or adults
as inappropriate
as hatred / bashing
as demeaning
as pornographic
as sectarian
as venting
Before entries are posted, it may be reworded and
stripped of personal information or not posted at all.
Stripped information will include:
email addresses
last names
addresses
phone numbers
Any information collected by CPWP Chapter #73 Hamilton will NEVER be sold or transferred to any other program or person. This is to maintain our members privacy. All correspondences are done through the PWP email account initially and handled by the webmaster until both parties agree to handle correspondences safely amongst themselves. Personal information (other than BOARD MEMBERS who have given their permission) are NEVER posted for the public. This is for safety, security and privacy reasons and only used for you to receive a confirmation of receipt by the webmaster.
